What does love yourself mean?

Love yourself is careful and conscious care for your body, mind and soul. It must bring joy and satisfaction. Love yourself manifests itself in various spheres of life. To love yourself is to know yourself, understand your needs, follow your dreams, accept your different feelings, be in touch with yourself.

To love yourself is not to let anyone devalue yourself and your desires.

Why should we love ourselves?

Only a person who loves himself can give true love to another person. Otherwise, there will be a desire to be fulfilled at someone else’s expense, demanding continuous attention and care, thereby creating tension in the relationship. Such a desire creates a dependent relationship.

You should not see your happiness only in your girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife/children/friends. No one and nothing external can compensate for love yourself.

How does love yourself manifest itself?

How to develop love yourself?
